A very unprofessional garage! They don't deserve even a 1 star, but I can not give them less than this.This was my insurance preferred garage and it took them 39 days to repair my car and after they returned my car it was not only repaired unprofessionally also there was additional damages which was caused by ADL repair. They are not the people of their word, they didn't had a clue when they will return my car even till one day before which they have returned it, they were always blaming the parts. After 3 weeks that my car was with ADL repair one day I called them to get an update and I spoke with the person by the name of Raj who was in charge of my car's repair and I asked him have you repaired the door? He replied, which door. Now you can imagine how clue less and unprofessional these people are. After 3 weeks he still didn't know my car door needs repair. When my car was taken by recovery to the garage there was showing 107 miles fuel in the tank and when it was returned it was showing only 24 miles, I don't know where all this fuel gone....I had to raise the issue with my insurance company and they sent an engineer to check the repair and additional damages now they have authorised to fix the unprofessional repair and additional damages again.So please avoid this garage and this unprofessional people even if they are referred by your insurance company.

My insurance recommended ADL to undertake the repairs to my car after a non blameworthy accident.ADL excelled in all departments, from initial contact, to the completion of repairs. The company is family and very professional and super friendly, I met with a few members of staff whom were a delight to engage with and the finish on my car was perfect. 100%.Thank you Jay and to the rest of the team.

ADL kept my car for 4 months from Sept 2022 to January 2023. Despite this I felt the bodywork was decent. However whilst my car was in their possession they absolutely wrecked my engine. They blew the main fuse powering my cooling fan. I had to replace the cooling fan and main battery fuse block costing over £1,000. MSL (insurance ppl) denied it was them who damaged it and did nothing to sort this out for me. ADL claim they didn't damage it even though I did not have any warning lights on the dash board when they took my car but when they returned it the dashboard had several warning lights including engine management lights. Cowboys!

Best garage ever , very helpful, professionals , excellent customer service and great quality.Actually,When the insurance company sent to ADL crush repairs, I was so happy because I have dealt with them before they were so professional and experienced so when they took I have not thought about because I know it is in the safe hands who will take care of it even more than me .After they completed their job my looks like never had accident.I really really recommend this Garage to whom wants a professional excellent job.

SHOCKING SERVICE. They would not allow me to see my estimate for the repairs. JAY JAY said it has been done but I can see it and I'm not allowed. ADL Have not even seen my car to be able to assess the real damage to my car. ADL are waiting for the authority to go ahead with the repair from the insurance company. There is something shifty going on here and I will now not allow my car to go to this ADL Crash repair. If I can't see the estimate for my own car. What are they hiding? The receptionist JAY JAY said it's our company policy not to show customers there estimates...WHAT? This company will never get any of my business. NO NO NOT A CHANCE.Update, spoke with the workshop manager, he said you don't see the estimate of your car we action this and send this to the insurance for approval, once this estimate is approved we book your car in and when we see the car we do another estimate and add on things we may have missed to the estimate and the insurance will have to pay as it has already been approved from the previous estimate without seeing your car?? THIS HAS TO BE AN INSURANCE SCAM IM MY OPINION. I have reported this to the insurance company and have now canceled all dealings with ADL crash repair.

This is the greatest crash repair garage ever. sadly, I can't offer them more than 5 stars, but I will give them 100 stars in my review. Due to their professionalism, I highly recommend this garage. They repair my car better than the dealership.When my insurance company initially told me about this collision repair company, I was concerned. But once I got there and met them, they gave me a positive response. Mr. Rohan and Mr. Jay explained to me what we were going to do next, he showed me the report, we examined the car, and he showed me everything that was required and needed to be ordered.I can't believe how much better my car is now after repairs. The car runs really well and smoothly. I am grateful to Mr. Jay and his staff for their hard work and responsibility.Thank you so much.AJAY.

I took my vw polo to ADL crash for general service and the door on the driver’s side needed replacing. They did a fantastic service in replacing it with sourcing a second hand door and making it look as good as new. I couldn’t tell the difference. The team are friendly and flexible as they accommodated my needs for a courtesy car and worked around my timing.
