Xen-Do Martial Arts

My son has been coming to Xen Do Mayfair for a year now. His Sensei Nathan is amazing, he is not only teaching him martial arts, how to protect himself but also teaches him to be a better person! We really enjoy coming here and feel like home.We met today a new Sensei Paul and he was super!People working here are really lovely and caring, and have built a little community. Feel blessed that we are part of it! Thank you to you all xx

Both of my kids started kickboxing this year. They absolutely love it. It’s great training and everyone is very kind. They manage to get both of them very engaged. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to start or even if just slight interested.

Excellent Dojo with simply the best Senseis!Super gifted gifted friendly senseis. Prepare to have a brilliant lesson, get fit and bring out your full potential. Sensei Lauren, Sensei Mathew and Sensei Cuba are masters at work delivering lessons that are mentally & physically deeply invigorating. Xen-do is in my top 10 best life decisions.

If you want to get fit and gain ninja skills, discipline and confidence, Xen-Do is a great mix of traditional martial arts and modern fitness ! Training at Mayfair you'll most likely encounter Sensei Kuba who is a great teacher and will really take the time to walk you through your belts and help you achieve your goals. I joined a year and a half ago and never going back!

Xendo is an absolutely World Class martial arts facility with some of the best kickboxing professionals in the country, who teach an incredible system and ethos. The benefits on physical and mental health are beyond imagining, not to mention the confidence the self-defence brings. A fantastic place I can't recommend highly enough.

5/5. I had never tried Kickboxing and the Sensei's (Matthew, Kobu and Lauren) created a comfortable, confident and safe environment to get me started. I enjoy classes of all 3 Sensei's and addicted to Sensei Matthew's classes (in a good way!). After Sensei Matthew's class, you may be half-dead but still walk out with a full-smile! Cheers :)

Xen-Do doesn’t only train your form, but also trains your mind, body and spirit, all in one. For those who are dealing with too much mental energy wether it’s stress from work or life in general this is the perfect place to balance it out, help you grow, improve your reflexes, skills and technique.One of the things I personally enjoy is the atmosphere at Xen-Do, they are quick to make you feel welcomed and at home; Sensei Lauren is like the sister who teases you kindly, pushing you to the limit while keeping you calm. Sensei Kuba is like the elder brother who motivates and gives you the energy to keep on going. Last but not least, Sensei Mathew is the sibling who playfully knows how to push the right buttons, that boosts your improvement.All in all great Sensei’s who bring out the best in you and makes those lessons at Xen-Do more exciting to go to each day.

My favourite kickboxing studio in town - highly recommend! Everyone is so welcoming, professional and supportive and I feel stronger and more confident since coming to Xen-Do. Love it!
