Booked an appointment for a routine consultation for our dog and arrived promptly for the appointment. After almost an hour sat waiting we approached the receptionist and were advised that the vet was dealing with an emergency and they were running late. Whilst I fully accept that an emergency must take priority over everything else, the courteous thing to have done would have been to advise us when we booked in that they were running late, rather than leave us sitting there for almost an hour without saying a word to us.

Our dog is a Romanian rescue who is very person reactive. We informed them of this before booking for vaccinations and they made the experience as 'comfortable' as possible for both us and our dog. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend highly.

Very pleased with our visits.. We got a new puppy and joined donaldsons VIP club, we were made welcome and all staff are friendly.. Vet thoroughly checked over our pup, gave us tablets, explained when to give them etc and asked us to make another appointment.. Which was easy to do at front desk.. We now go regularly to have weight and nails clipped.. Staff always make a fuse of our puppy..
