DHL Parcel UK Depot

parcel never shown up can't get hold of DHL on the phone sent an email they have been very rude and tell me to contact the seller but its in dhls hands got a calling card that doesn't match my postcode apparently how do you explain this service really ??covid has gone why are phone lines still closed? and why can't nobody seem to track my parcel even myself 100 pound parcel and a birthday present for a little girl NOT HAPPY ONE BIT WOULD DEFFO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Parcel was due 27/10/2023

Went there as my parcel delivery attempt was made earlier than the time slot I was provided with so I decided to collect it in person. The collection centre is good plenty of visitors parking spaces.

Awful service, left parcel in pouring rain when I strictly told them to leave at depo.Awaiting 2 other parcels now, been at depo since Friday.Dunelm u need to change Your courier.Service at the depo, when the parcel was left never come that day. All I got when leaving the depo with a smirk on his face and he said couldn't find the other parcel was I will tell the night staff. This was a week ago no sign of the parcel. What the heck is going off.I wouldn't of even given 1 star would of been 0

Parcel one ordered, the date arrived to deliver and was a no show. Several messages and call to customer service my parcel was ‘ missing ‘ so I got in touch with where my parcel came from explained that no one knew where it was and a replacement was sent with a promise of calling be when driver is on route… next joke, replacement parcel 2, they tried delivering said parcel Monday but no one in so left a calling card.. to which I found out that this calling card was useless to anyone as the number was not recognised, back to square one… spoke to someone yesterday and my parcel was forgotten to be loaded on the van that day so will be out today 13/09/23 no message no update on app.. so phoned again and no one has a clue where this parcel is and the depot is extremely busy and can’t answer phones ( which I’m sure there is selected staff to man the phones ) anyway parcel changed from delivery to collection and been told that dhl will ring me when ready for collection. I shall be going down to said depot to track this parcel down as this is pathetic how hard can it be to get a parcel and deliver on time , I have had several days off work to be in for parcel 1 and parcel 2 and no delivery. Can I claim for loss of earnings ? As the PROMISES a you keep making ALWAYS fall through.I WILL NOT BE USING DHL FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. Sort yourselves out!!

Tried to delivery twice but I was at work on mornings shift - not their fault. Tracker on website said Monday 23rd No Delivery Attempt I waited all day. Checked website said Tuesday 24th. I'm waiting again this time website is saying Wednesday 25th. There is no direct number to the DHL depot and I'm worried travelling out there will mean I miss the delivery or just waste fuel to find out it's in the back of a van, which is why I need to know where exactly my parcel is! But no direct number.

I bought one part which was delivered without any problem.I purchased another one from the same seller a couple of days later which went AWOL...after ten days and three failed re-deliveries, I cancelled the order and was refunded by eBay within 24 hours.Against my better judgement, I re-ordered the same part from the same company...it's worth 25 quid! As I work part-time, I wouldn't be in, I requested that the item be left with a neighbour. Simples. Nah! A failed delivery ticket was left as a signature is required. No attempt was made to leave with a neighbour as requested.I'm hoping for a re-delivery on Monday...and I'm not spending two hours on a hundred mile round trip to collect because they can't do their job properly.I won't be using any seller in the future who uses DHL.Useless.

Ordered a very expensive bicycle with free next day delivery a week or so ago.. It should’ve been delivered on Tuesday. I sent it to a family members address as I was expecting to be at work when it was delivered. Turns out I wasn’t but they wouldn’t be home so I travelled 16 miles to be there for delivery. Upon arriving, the delivery date was updated to Wednesday, meaning I’d wasted money and time going there.On Wednesday my relative had a hospital appointment so I cancelled a days work (losing out on £100-200) and waited there only for the delivery to once again update to the next day (Thursday). My relative waited all day watching out of the window, another DHL parcel ordered after the initial parcel was delivered but the main parcel was not. Then an hour later a slip went through the door and the delivery day was changed to Friday. My relative had been home the entire time and received the first parcel no problem, so how they managed to knock again and leave a slip claiming nobody was home makes no sense. I contacted DHL and after hours of trying to speak to an actual human I was told they’d had issues delivering the parcel and had made arrangements to make sure it was delivered on Friday and was assured it would be.It is now Friday, my relative has once again been waiting all morning and the delivery has now updated to Saturday. After once again wasting an hour trying to speak to a person, I was once again assured the parcel would be delivered tomorrow.So this week I’ve lost money travelling for no reason, lost a days pay due to taking the day off to wait myself. I was meant to be heading to Wales on Friday evening with the bike that was meant to be delivered on Tuesday. I have already paid for a hotel for tonight and Saturday. Thanks to DHL’s poor service I’m roughly £300 out of pocket with a furious relative who thinks I’ve wasted their time and I will likely have a ridiculous phone bill to pay from efforts to find out what is going on. I also still don’t have my expensive bicycle.My prior experience with DHL has always been decent. This is even worse than the legendary Hermes-level service. Absolute farce. If it hasn’t been dispatched by 10am I will be heading to Dinnington to waste even more money. Extremely poor service and an absolute farce.

Stayed in to receive delivery. Driver lied and said nobody was present at the property.Then went to collect my iphone they said we can’t give it to you we will make another attempt for delivery.Is this dhl delivery service???My parcel was at depot and they refuseto give me my parcelVery very bad customer service

The young lady on the desk was most helpful and courteous. On Saturday I tried to call the nmbr on the card but it persistently cut me off half way through , so I drove to the depot to find it closes at 12.00 on Saturdays however I fail to understand why my details were not on the card left and have to go and collect when I arrived today I got there once again to be to be told it had just been delivered and I would find it in my green bin .Unnecessary journeys for me,Please sort yourselves out.

Couldn't be bothered to pick up a parcel for more than 1 week. When i called customer service they can never reach the depot. No explanation on why they keep missing the pick-up from anyone and so far no phone call after escalating the problem. Avoid if possible!
