Do not use, I received the first blind and it was the wrong size. They apologised and sent another which was exactly the same as the first. When I challenged I was accused of proving the wrong details and consistently asked to send photos despite already providing. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering as would never have used them, when things go wrong they are no help.

Has anyone else been ripped off from blinds outlet…. I HAVE. The claim to not received the blinds I sent back even tho parcel force said they delivered. Totally scammed big time. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Horrible company won’t send out missing parts no one answers the phone and email promised to send still waiting never arrived so bought through Amazon so returned it just waiting for full refund

Terrible company to deal with. Ignored all my emails after supplying me with a reject product. Still not resolved after 9 months!

I bought some Venetian blinds on Amazon but I got the measurements wrong and needed to send them back. Thankfully there’s a 30 day return policy. However, reading all the negative reviews on google, I was extremely nervous about how I would go about sending the blinds back and getting a refund (£180). Understandably returning the blinds is at the buyers expense and given I had 3 separate blinds (for a bay window) one of which was 160cm long, I knew this would be quite costly. I decided to drive 2 hours to Corby and drop them off myself. Before setting off, I emailed the Blinds Outlet and quickly got an email back from a nice lady called Michelle to say that was fine. When I got to the site, all the staff were super friendly and I met Michelle who kindly processed the refund for me straight away. My experience is a far cry away from the others I read and so just wanted to write and provide some balance.

Really good quality blinds, bought blackout roller blinds for 3 rooms in the house came really quickly and were easy to put up.

Sends the wrong size and don't send clips, there is no point in them having a phone line as it never gets answered useless company who just want the money

I had an issue with the blind I purchased, therefore I had to order a new one. However customer service were great and very informative. They responded back straight away to my email and were easy to get hold of over the phone. The new blackout blind fitted was of excellent quality :)

Received my blind severely bent this was delivered with the driver covering the bent part with his hand on review of cctv. I contacted them instantly and wanted a replacement.I was tops they would send out a replacement and receive within 3 working days. after sending pictures and chasing was told they have no stock sorry will refund me.I went online and noticed the same blind still available in the size I needed. So after receiving my refund I ORDERED AGAIN!!!!Let's see what happens now !!
