Wish they stocked more. Small branch with a little bit of this and that. Can get the basics bits here but always rely on the other branches more. Great staff though, always helpful and knowledgeable.

to get something you need 1 hour... 20 minutes until you find someone to say what you want... 20 minutes until they bring you the order and 20 minutes until you pay as the people from the office sit and talk... such a thing is impossible

I popped to Travis Perkins to look at patio slabs, they had a wide range to choose from and prices were reasonable, staff very helpfull and friendly so I brought the 200 I needed. Thanks

Good enough stock. Unfortunately I do find them to be slightly more expensive and only come here as last result. However I believe I could knock them down to match prices, or at least try.A nice bunch of guys.

I have never experienced such a poor level of customer service. They say that it is when things go wrong that great companies shine. Alas TP Swindon could not have performed any worse. No phone calls back despite half a dozen messages and even downright lies about when delivery will take place.
