They don’t do minor accessories like cases etc and their range of cameras is limited but if you want canon , Olympus etc , brilliant. Nb they’re cheaper cos grey imports , but comes with warranty. So ok.I’ll buy an Olympus EM 10 from them fully £50 less than Amazon.

If you want a good price for a new Camera, lens ,etc. Yes, they are grey importers but, you will get for example, you can buy camera from them and you will get a 3yr warranty with it. Their prices can work out a few hundred pounds cheaper than going to a store, in most cases. Like anything you buy, look and check out other stores online or in stores to check prices before you buy. I have bought two cameras a lens and a iPod from them with no complaints.

Just completed my first (and certainly not last) order with them. I‘ve a bought a brand new Canon EF 100-400mm II, which is a heavy, fragile and quite pricey lens. Recently retired and looking for a hobby, I settled on filming my Grandsons at football. Blagged a Canon 2000d for my birthday and found HDEW with a good price for a zoom lens.At purchase there was an IT glitch that meant I received a receipt but the order never left the basket. A bank transaction showed payment taken but an email from HDEW reminded me that I had an item incomplete.A phone call quickly resolved the issue and the lens, expedited on fast delivery. All is well. Good deal, great customer service, excellent firm.

This is by far the best experience i have had, while dealing with an online retailer. for context, i originally bought a r6, which after shooting has some issues (not companies fault) i promptly reported it and they advised i send it to their authorized repair shop (free of charge) . Sadly after sending for repairs twice i(not their fault, more of a canon issue) they promptly offered me an exchange. i asked if i could upgrade to the newer model which they where happy to do , all I needed to do is pay the difference. This is where they really stepped up, even though my camera was now lower in price the matched they matched it for the new model, meaning i didn't have to pay. That was A* customer service there. All emails are replied same day and fast. Thank you Ian, Denis and Harry, all of you kept the same high level of professionalism and efficiency. i will always purchase my camera gear from you guys due to this service. I recently dropped my camera and need to claim the loss back on insurance. Unfortunately, I had lost the invoice for the camera which was three years old. Quick email to HDEW and they sent a copy across. (thanks!) So great customer service from an amazing camera retailer. Highly recommended.

Over the years I have bought, 5DIII, 5DIV. 5Ds.5DsR, Think had a few 5Ds and EOS R, R5 many EF 24-70 F4, 70-200 F2.8 MKII & MKIII, RF 35MM, several grips and batteries.
