I recently came out of hospital to a central heating system which was due a service, a bathroom radiator which wouldn't heat up properly which I was unable to bleed, and a second radiator which wouldn't heat up at all. I called the original installer but they were were fully booked for the next two weeks doing boiler installations. I asked if they could recommend someone who might be available sooner and they kindly suggested Ian Johnson of Alexander Gas Servicing. He came out within 48 hours, was very friendly, professional and understanding, bled the bathroom radiator, fixed the thermostatic valve on the other radiator, and serviced the boiler all for a very reasonable call-out. He has over 40 years experience and is happy to do those jobs that defeat the rest of us but fall short of full installations. I would thoroughly recommend him. A warm bathroom and peace of mind count for a lot when you aren't well.

I highly recommend Alexander Gas. They service my gas central heating system annually and most recently performed a power flush and chemical clean of my radiators to make the whole system more efficient. A great job done very professionally by Ian of Alexander Gas.

Gas fire not igniting. Problem spotted straight away. Issue was due to build up off dust. Fire was cleaned of dust and issue resolved.Very nice company to engage with .
