I would like to thank the individual, or group, comitty of idiots that introducrd the parking machines that require the entry of number plate references to simply park in Halifax town centre.I for one wont be returning to the town soon

Commuters always blocking my drive. When I call the parking office they tell me that they will send someone to ticket car. However, they never turn up to ticket car.
