Yes, I get that it’s a pandemic and the people in the shop are key workers, putting themselves at risk by being ‘exposed’ to the public. But the staff who work in there are the most rude, unhelpful people to ever work in a customer service role. I’d rather spend time queuing anywhere else in the world, if that meant I could avoid setting foot in there again!

Even AI robots can say hello, beware of the older women that work here.. they will not say hello/thank you or goodbye, they have the attitude of someone that is forced to work for no pay and hates humans. This shop is awful

This isn’t a one star for the staff , this is a one star for the prices , stuff is so overpriced in here , it’s more expensive than the Morrisons supermarket itself .It’s a local convenience store that should be reasonably priced for the housing estates near by , it’s like motorway petrol station prices in here .

The lady behind the counter was so rude. I tried to drop a parcel off and she wasn't interested in helping me at all. I was just in the way whilst food deliveries were arriving. I'll never go there ever again.

I've lived nearby for a few years now and I think its time that I say that the staff at this shop are so rude and antisocial that it makes the atmosphere in there unbearable, I have a feeling of dred every time I'm about to set foot in this store and only shop there when I feel as though I really have to.I would much rather do twice the journey to go somewhere else than deal with these horrible people but unfortunately I have mobility issues limiting my options of where I can travel to leaving me in a position of having to put up with the atrocious behavior and attitudes of the staff in this store.

I go in daily for the post office and other bits and have always found ALL the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Don't understand the poor reviews and shame on you if you have nothing better to do than name and shame staff online, get a life and think next time. Thanks again to all the super staff.

Great local shop. Just been redone and it’s a really nice job. Costa machine, tango ice blast and a great selection of items for a shop of its size. Post office too!

The most vile customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, the older females that work here need a crash course on decency not just manners and customer service. I’ll avoid this shop solely because of the rudeness of the workers - workers that have the skills to only work behind the scenes and be no where near customers
