Mark Crallan Kitchens

Mark and his team recently fitted our new kitchen. I contacted a few local installers but Mark was by far the most responsive and spent a lot of time talking it through with us prior to us booking him. It was clear from the start that Mark had lots and lots of experience and his team, especially Pete the Electrician, were also clearly very experienced and produced a high quality finish. We had already designed and bought our kitchen when we approached Mark but when it came to installation, we were plagued with problems from the supplier. Mark worked tirelessly to problem shoot their mistakes and even ended up bespoke making a cupboard to fit round our boiler as the supplier had measured incorrectly. I wish we had procured Mark to design and source our kitchen too!!

Mark re-installed our kitchen after another fitter had done a botch job. Not an easy job as he had to remove the kitchen and salvage as much as possible before putting it back in. His experience and care were so obvious in the way he did everything and by the end, I was delighted with the result. Thanks so much Mark for saving our kitchen!

Mark and his team recently installed my new kitchen and I am absolutely delighted with the result.He is friendly, efficient and tidy, using his skills and experience to produce a fantastic result.We had to make some changes to the design during the installation, but Mark dealt with it in a timely and professional manner, in order to achieve the best possible result.I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark was our allocated fitter for our new kitchen purchased from Wickes. He visited us to review the job and quote for specialist items not included in the fitting we have paid Wickes for.He quoted almost another £7k for work including some plastering, electrical work, fitting appliances etc. when asked for a breakdown of the costs he refused saying “that’s not how he works”. A tradesman that’s not prepared to give transparency of his charges. He advised all the trades had to be his and he was not prepared to allow us to use any of our contractors for electrics etc.Seems we were a captive market and he believed he could quote what he wanted without justification.He has now advised Wickes he doesn’t want the job when I pushed for a price breakdown.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job of renovating our kitchen.He is friendly, efficient, tidy and did a first rate job. Every one of his team made our whole family at ease while in our property. Would definitely recommend.

Mark and his team made a fabulous job fitting my new kitchen, I was very nervous as to how it would look when finished as we were looking to have a wall removed and therefore had to have a steel put in. Mark helped us through the process and assured us that the change would be amazing. He was absolutely true to his word and we now have a much bigger kitchen that we love. Obviously there was a lot of managing to do with regards to electricians, plasterers, steel input, plumber for the heating and of course himself fitting it and he project managed it all to the nth degree and the finished product is fabulous and a joy to work in. I would certainly recommend Mark every time as his work ethic is first class. Mark was originally recommended to me by my brother and therefore I was able to see his work first hand so knew that we were in very capable hands. This was the second kitchen that Mark has done for us and I can honestly say I have been extremely pleased with both. I would also like to say the professionalism of him and all the team was brilliant we even went away whilst some of the work was taking place as he and the team are completely trustworthy and worked tirelessly whilst we were gone.His work is definitely 5 star quality.

We undertook a large scale building extension, patio installation and kitchen removal and refit and Mark, with friendly professionalism, reassurance and an eye for detail, led us expertly throughout the whole process from the initial design phase to the end result, which we are very happy about. Mark project managed the whole process, and works with a great team of builders, plasterers, plumbers and electricians, who seamlessly work together to ensure maximum efficiency and a very high quality finish. He comes strongly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
