I did a 7 day in-person coaching experience with Seb in Warsaw, Poland this summer and can’t recommend him enough.He’s a thoughtful coach that meets you where you are at and helps you get better, by providing structure, feedback and encouragement. He’s quite skilled, but more importantly he can teach. He’s also a professional who takes his clients’ improvements seriously and wants you to get as much as you can out of working together.On a separate note, Seb’s super easygoing and chill to be around, which is key and can’t be overlooked when you’re on an intensive program and really pushing yourself. This is a journey and really glad to have connected with Seb and LMA.

Most importantly, when I implemented his feedbacks results came my way!Another strong point is that he is professional, which is not a prerogative of all coaches in the industry.I will probably have periodic online sessions with him as checkpoints for my progress, and I will leave a another review about the online coaching.
