Do not use!!!!!! I wouldn't give them 1 star but that's the lowest option. Take payments then it is a never ending struggle to contact and arrange fitting; then problems start no information from Aaron Smith he never returns calls or texts. At time of of quote you are shown catalogues of doors/windows/bi-folds etc then he purchases from another at a poorer standard.Please do not use!!!!!

Took 6 months to get a door we were told would take 3. Never answered emails. Never returned calls. Always put us off if we asked for information on the rare occasions they actually picked up the phone. We got our door in June 2022 which was missing the doorknocker and peephole we payed for. The door was also put in too low. Promised to come and install the doorknocker and peephole and it would only take minutes, but never scheduled to do so. *Still* avoiding our emails and phone calls. I tell everyone who sees our door of the poor service we have received.

As this company gone bust as we haven’t been able to get a reply from anyone in the last 3 weeks about our windows and door we paid for?????????
