We had an emergency appointment with Philip this afternoon and the service and experience was excellent. Philip unblocked both of my husbands ears (of ear wax) there and then and restored his hearing after months of one ear being blocked and the other blocking in the last few days rendering him almost deaf. I’d highly recommend Philip and would recommend travelling here for first class care. We’d have had to have 2 separate appointments at a high street provider of this treatment whereas Philip just dealt with the issue there and then. Thank you to Philip for the treatment and aftercare advice you gave my husband today.

I had an appointment today with Philip for ear wax removal for severe hearing loss in my left ear and reduced hearing in the right ear. The procedure was fully explained beforehand and throughout the treatment process with photograph's of before and after shown to me. I was shocked at how bad my ears were and how lovely and clean they were after the treatment, I was so happy. Philip is first rate, highly professional and very caring. The treatment was painless and my hearing restored. I would recommend him to family and friends. I'm very pleased.

We were fitted in with an appointment after our working hours which was great. I went with two blocked ears from ear wax. After a full review of my ears - Phillip effortlessly and painlessly cleared my ears from large amounts of wax build up. My hearing went from quite bad to perfectly clear instantly. He used camera technology to show me the before and after difference inside my ears. It was a great service and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Lovely person who helped me out for a good price and at short notice. The online booking system is very straightforward and simple to use.

GP diagnosed compacted wax in both ears which was severely affecting my hearing. Drops prescribed softened the outer reaches of wax but that was all and GP surgery no longer removes wax. Got an appointment at North East Ear Clinic in Jarrow. Extremely happy with results and service. Everything explained and I was shown ear canals before and after procedure. Cannot recommend enough.

50 quod for one ear still can't hear much still ringing in ear still loads wax coming out really not a complaining person but 1 star is all could mange definitely wouldn't recommend

Been to visit Phillip today as I had a big build up of wax in my right ear which was affecting my hearing and keeping me up at night! Felt at ease the whole way through the procedure and came out feeling like a new woman! Definitely recommend and would go back if I have any other issues.
