Rude and unhelpful staff.I went in to withdraw cash through PayPoint. Woman told me they don't give cash out, only take in payments. When I pointed out that I had checked with PayPoint who had told me they were contracted to do so, she became rude and offensive, accusing me of having a bad attitude. She refused to give me contact details of the owner or manager. She was still shouting after me as I walked away.Reported to PayPoint who said they would investigate.I hope the owner or manager reads this and contacts me. I was disgusted by the total lack of service. If this is one bad staff member I think they should know. I would be happy to share more details if they get in touch.

Been to drop off Yodel parcel for delivery here in today 17th March and I was told be some very rude bunch of staff here said they would not collect the parcel because they had couple of parcels which are still pending collection from the courier hence unable to collect. Then they proceeded to ask be to come back after 3pm to drop off the parcel. I would think the courier would mind picking up the parcels no matter the quantity?! This isn't the first or second time I have had a bad experience here. Sometimes, they dont even bother charging the machine use to scan parcels. Who ever owns or runs this place needs to rethink customer service provided or better still not offer services if they can't fulfil when needed!

I don't recommend go to this place. very rude staff and attitude towards clients

The person who served me didn’t give me a chance to swipe my nectar card.I was the only customer there.nor did he offer or give me a nectar points slip to add myPoints later.very unprofessional..u need staff like IAN there.who always greet u with his big smile and always ask for nectar card before he process the receipt..hope other staff learn from experienced staff how to treat customers..

Absolutely no idea how this is labelled a service station. It's tiny with no toilets.

The collection parcel service is dire - do not have your parcels delivered here for collection. They have no organisation and rummage around trying to find your parcel. My experiences of collecting here have been opened parcels or they cannot find it go elsewhere if using yodel as a collection point.

Expensive, very quiet though. Pumps are painfully slow. Staff are great.

Great, another service station that states toilets but has them permanently closed. If you need to empty at the same time as filling this is not the place for you, although the surrounding bushes are quite pleasant

This is the third and last time I have tried to use this garage to drop a parcel off, Same young girl each time (01/05/23 @ about 1:00 pm) so you know who to sack. first time my wife was told we don't accept parcels between Monday and Thursday, Second time I was told they couldn't accept my parcel after 21:00 and final straw was today when I was told they couldn't accept my parcel because the driver hadn't picked yesterdays up yet. Seriously!!. whoever owns this site needs to get this sorted, not only is she costing you money she is giving you and the parcel companies a real bad name I gave one star because I cannot give none or a minus.

Took coffee capsules in for recycling. Not very good service, nothing scanned so I had to input numbers. But he didn't want to take them saying they were not fully sealed. That's how the bags are returned,
