From the initial enquiry which was answered promptly and politely to the friendly farewell the team gave as they left, every aspect of their service was top rate. We genuinely can think of nothing they could have done better and we want them to know just how grateful we are to them for making what is inevitably a stressful undertaking as stress-free as it could possibly have been. From the initial enquiry at our old cottage in the north to the last items moved into our new home on the third floor of a block of flats further south nothing could have been more efficient, pleasant and understanding, John's accurate estimate of the size of the job, his flexibility in arranging removal dates to suit the unexpected changes which were beyond our control, putting our belongings into store and then arranging to bring them down at short notice. All the staff were professional, friendly and uncomplaining carrying all our things out of an old cottage, into store, and then up a fire escape to the third floor. Nothing damaged, kept smiling and were very quick. We would recommend them wholeheartedly, communication was excellent and the service is outstanding.I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved and in the stressful process of house moving they were an oasis of calm, reliable, supportive and professional service.

We used Richardson’s removals to clear the house of a beloved family member after they passed away, and we couldn’t speak more highly of them.
