The Nines Aparthotel By Aluxor

Hi Stayed in this property recently on 4-6th Nov. I would like to share my experiencesPositives first1. The property is very well located , 5 mins walking from Leichester City Centre2. Road side Pay & Display available within 5 mins, even if the front side road is not available. NCP parking also nearby, although not very well designed3. Many good food joints, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Korean within 5 mins walking distance4. Rooms are pretty clean, with all Kitchen gadgets like washing machine, microwave , basic utensils etcNegatives1. Due to proximity to Regent street (a 24h busy one), it’s very noisy2. There is no lift and very narrow stairs, difficult to lift luggage3. Despite communicating that we will arrive at 2 PM, we could enter the property only after 3 PM as that is the check-in time, no flexibility despite advance booking4. On 6th Nov early morning, at around 3 AM, some people just tried to enter our room and shouting with pushing the door to open, it was scary. Key management is an issue5. The water heater in the en-suite was not controllable as either it was giving chilled water or hot water6. Room heater not effective7. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable

Smoke smell in room, no toilet roll, noisy outside and in so no sleep, room did not feel clean and there were cans of gas for balloons to inhale in wardrobe! Location. Ok! Better booking the 4 star belonging hotel with parking only £24 more!!

AVOID at all costs no communication from property at all.Poor management
