Fisherman's Walk Cliff Lift
Well, having sampled the delights of the Up/Down perambulation of the West Cliff lift, I was expecting more of the same.I was not disappointed - the lift successfully transported me from bottom to top without any fuss. Although the seats are as hard as nails, due to the short journey length, there is nothing to fear.Used my weekly ticket purchased at the West Cliff Lift and was delighted to discover that it worked here too. (Albeit I didn’t offer up the fact I purchased at the West Cliff)

On one of the hottest days of the year the lift was closed! I ended up having to push a wheelchair down to the beach and back up again. Not impressed.

The staff are excellent and incredibly friendly! Great with the kids too and always bring a smile to our faces. My eldest said, I really like those guys." They are what makes this cliff lift great. We will be back for years to come! £2.50 for a single journey (adult) and £12 ish for a weekly pass. Well worth the money to save yourself the hassle of the zig zag with kids and tonnes of beach equipment. The lift itself is calm and steady. This pass can also be used on the West Cliff lift
