Laurie Ross Insurance - Kirkintilloch, Glasgow

I am giving 1 star because I am unable to give a 0 or minus , after trusting them for many years to get me a deal I have found my insurance cheaper from direct line not a little cheaper almost 40% and after reviewing what my payments from the credit company(34.48 apr) they use my saving was over 50% £390 .I am absolutely raging not only at them but myself for being so gullible as to trust them to get me a good deal . STAY AWAY please .save yourself money .i was pressured into having to bring in my license or email a copy along with my national insurance number and was told that anywhere i went would be the same not true , absolutely disgusting!.it wasnt just the cost the attitude was poor and extremely condescending .

Great service,i highly recomend.Rather disapointed however to learn that the cumbernauld branch is relocating to kirki,wich i will continue to use service as its only once a year i'll have the parking battle.

The girls at the Kirkintilloch office have advised me on the most c9mpetative policies for my taxi, my rental prooertiesmy car and my own home. The cover is excellent and the costs are extremely competative. I wiil be consulting them always in the future

After a recent motoring accident, Laurie Ross proved to be exceptional when it came to managing the claim. A hire car was delivered within an hour of requesting it, my own car was collected and taken to the repairers and the claim against the 3rd party was dealt with. I was called and appraised of all parts of the process frequently. I cannot praise this broker highly enough for what they did.....exceptional service!

I can only speak for the Kirkintilloch(was cumbernauld) branch that I have use for more years than I care to remember. Always friendly and very efficient, never had a bad experience and the do there best to get you the deal that suits your needs.
