I have already stayed two times and I will back there soon. I have had great stay ! comfy bed,hot shower,very nice breakfast. Staff super kind always happy to help. Highly recommended !

It was a very lovely stay, the room was cosy and the host was very warmly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the selection you could have was nice. Defiantly stay again, felt like home away from home :)

Nice place to stay very cosy and the staff is very nice and friendly and will let you leave your luggage with them before your room is ready (and I also think after check out also although I didn't do this) they offer breakfast in the morning too and free WiFi in all the rooms. Very centrally located and it was a quick 10/15 min walk to the city wall and into the shopping area of Southampton. When arriving in your room there is also a helpful booklet that suggests things to do/eat around the hotel.

Rooms are tiny with thin walls so not ideal for light sleepers and the Wi-fi refused to work but it's a clean and smart budget hotel. The host is very friendly and attentive too.

Does what it says on the tin. Extremely happy with my stay. Stayed in a twin with my son when we came down to watch Southampton V Swansea. The room small but cosy and clean and the beds were really comfy, had a good sleep after a bad game. Definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Only about 10 minuites walk from Southampton train station. Had a friendly welcome. Room was small but ideal for my needs with tv,complimentary tea/coffee and washbasin. Clean and in good decorative order. Only 5 minuite walk to Southampton town centre and next to Guildhall. Would stay there again.

Lovely welcoming owners. Clean and well presented.Parking was really awkward as it was all permit outside, though no fault of the owners.

Good location for City Centre and transport links including Southampton Central Station, addition of facilities such as fridge and microwave was nice especially in warm weather

This is a really friendly Bed and Breakfast. Nice comfortable and clean rooms at a good price with a nice breakfast. Well located for city centre. Very helpful and accomodating. Would highly recommend.
