Very expensive, a rip off. There are cheaper alternatives in the city centre. Also very tight narrow lanes and parking spaces. Not recommended.

Visited this car park today whilst heading into the city centre. It is well located and wasn't very busy (however this is still during non-essential shops being closed), and the price per hour is probably not unexpected (but not competitive). Fortunately I was not paying today. It is fairly tight to drive around so was glad my car has all around sensors, and quite a few spots are quite small. They are better options such as the John Lewis multi-storey or some non-covered car parks with more space and with better rates.

Ramps are very narrow, and so are the parking spaces. Good location, but I won't park here again as better places are not far away

Like any other NCP, you can pay via the app for a discount or pay at the machine with cash or a card. The spaces and ramps are pretty tight, but there's generally ample availability. The pricing probably explains the latter; I can't justify paying the exorbitant costs, so I have only used the facility a couple of times over the years! NCP, please review the pricing at this car park.

Horrible parking garage - very very tight for modern larger cars. Saw several people scrape their car in here - not helped by some for the bays not being dee (so cars parked adjacent to ramps stick out into the aisle leaving less manoeuvre room), there not being that many spaces and there often being flooding on the bottom levels. Overall, one to avoid.

Cost £5.85 with app for 2 hours.....looked like WEE FROM level 3 to get out down the stairs, but it was a leak. You can't walk down the ramp out so had to step over it. Looks like you're in a third world car park. Never the less there are parking spaces and a bit out of the way from central town.
