Cowboy outfit, I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, I had a meltdown over the phone with them, I have waited weeks for my new plate my previous one was only cracked but wearable, they discarded my previous plate, no communication going forward i,e, update, I have no upper teeth and they don't care. They are anti disability, no compassion or sympathy towards those with mental health issues like myself, who is currently receiving psychiatric help. GO PRIVATE you get what you pay for but jot at this practice, .

After a few bad experiences with another practice i changed to here. I highly recommend Emma, she is extremely good at making you feel ok. Emma has LITERALLY gave me my smile back and i can't thank her and her assistant for that.

They are amazing dentist Espically being so young, but I am a mum to a 5 month old and being estranged from family who live 6 hours from here and partner working away I have to take baby every Where with me and to come out my last appointment to be told not to take him was very upsetting, we don't all have people to help us on this situation. I won't be returning and find a dentist that can accommodate for my needs. I've never felt so un welcome and upset.

I can not recommend this dentist more, through COVID I’m not registered with a dentist and was directed here. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and their service was amazing. I was seen at the door and I felt very safe with their measures they had put in place. My tooth was removed there and then after making an emergency appointment. Fabulous staff

Went for emergency appointment and again after for further treatment, each time was made easy and was very professional and friendly. Would use again and the biggest issue is parking for quick vists. Very close to public transport and its town centre location makes it handy for quick visits when in the area.

After calling nhs24 with excruciating tooth pain I was called by this surgery. Eternally grateful to them. Not registered yet they saw me and made me feel welcome & safe. Receptionist, dental nurse and dentist (Gillian?), honestly absolute angels!! Thankyou so, so much. Elizabeth Houston.
