I can't recommend Lynda and the team at Heritage & Sons in Amersham highly enough. They have looked after us with such care, patience, professionalism and understanding for three very different services. Each one individual, and with completely different requirements.We are always so grateful to Heritage & Sons for their gentle guidance and advice throughout these emotional times, and most importantly, for looking after our loved ones with such dignity, and love.Nothing is too much trouble for the team, requirements change - but they are always there to help, and make everything work seamlessly, for which we are very grateful.

Becky and her team did a G R E A T job organising my father's funeral service within a short time frame . All went smoothly, much sensitivity was shown and Becky was helpful, supportive and obliging throughout. She also introduced a wonderful lady called Gail who conducted the ceremony with beautiful readings in a most graceful fashion. My father had a dignified send off; thank you for your outstanding work.

This was my first time arranging a Funeral but Becky and the rest of the team were so compassionate and supportive. There is no 'script', everything is tailored to your needs. A big thank you to everyone at Heritage ❤

This was a very difficult time for our family. We were recommended Heritage initially and it turned out to be the right choice. We found Becky to be very supportive and helpful and she's the right person in the right job. Becky and her team recently handled my father's cremation, I can't recommend them enough for the service they provided. The respect and dignity they should was beyond anything I could have expected, they really went above and beyond. Even down to recommending the lovely lady, Dominique , who conducted dad's actual ceremony. Many thanks again Becky, I really can't thank you enough!

A heart felt thanks to all the staff at Heritage & Sons for their support throughout our journey for our Mum's cremation. They were all kind, considerate and respectful throughout. We were also impressed by the communication, especially as we live so far away.They went out of their way to find the location of our grandmother's ashes and took charge of our father's so that family members could be reunited as we wished.Everything went smoothly and felt like the calm send off that we wanted.Thank you Lynda, Chloe and the team.

So pleased we chose Heritage for Mum's funeral. From the first phone call through to the funeral itself, everything went smoothly. Mum's death was expected. We had already enquired at Heritage on what to do when she passes. When the time came, the undertakers who arrived to collect Mum were sympathetic and respectful of our situation. We felt Mum was in safe hands. We were then invited to the office in Amersham to discuss plans for the funeral. Despite our obvious sadness, Becky & Sam made us feel very welcome. Coffee was made. The meeting was relaxed and yet with an eye for detail. All the necessary questions regarding choice of coffin, how Mum should be dressed, and so on, were asked. Any questions we had ourselves were answered clearly and professionally. It was really lovely to talk in a non-rushed atmosphere about Mum and her life. As we tried to express how we imagined Mum's funeral to be, we felt were listened to and understood. Useful advice and suggestions were given. Also, when we were working on the order of service, both Becky and Sam were really helpful (and it was fun working on the accompanying booklet together). Further communication by telephone and email followed. Then, prior to the funeral, we visited Mum in the Chapel of Rest. Becky & Lynda were there on this day and both were sympathetic and respectful, giving us all the time we needed to see Mum one last time. We were not sure how we would feel seeing Mum in her coffin, but it turned out to be an important part of the process. We felt comforted by seeing her again (and looking so peaceful). Finally, the funeral itself (with Becky leading us into the Milton Chapel at Amersham Crematorium) was full of love and joy (and music), which reflected Mum's life perfectly. Again, we are so pleased we chose Heritage. Thank-you Becky, Sam and Lynda for all your help.

My family has sadly had occasion to use Heritage's services twice this year, but upon our second bereavement we did not hesitate to contact them again. In fact it was a comfort to do so, knowing from our first experience that we would be in caring and professional hands. The staff acted with sensitivity, explained things clearly, gave us space to make decisions, and were flexible with changes of plan. Heritage made a painful time less burdensome, and gave dignity and elegance to the funerals. We are glad we chose them.
