Couldn't of been more helpful.I live in a rural area at the top of the Highlands and always have to pay excess postage, and have problems with delivery.Not this time. Well done and thank you James for your help.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend. They send me wrong boiler and refused to take it back. Poor customer services. They don’t answer the phone. I am about to take legal action. Keep away if you can.

•••Do not trust the delivery date given by this company•••Assured delivery of a boiler pump on a specific date. Assured via email and verbally by the delivery team. It did not arrive.I will not use them again.

Ordered a cylinder thermostat on 14/8/23 - delivered the next day! Excellent customer service, answered all my queries before placing my order to ensure I was ordering the correct part. Faultless service, highly recommended.

Always had a great level of service from PlumbArena. I placed an order on Wednesday and had it arrive this morning (Friday). As a plumber myself, I pride myself on using high quality parts that live up to both mine and my customers expectations. PlumbArena has always delivered quality products. I've only had to return an item once, and it was dealt with extremely quickly and received refund within 2-days!

Does not send to NI-UK (for a reasonable price). A disappointing experience and not treated as a 'valued customer'. Searched high and low for a central heating magnetic cleaner for a reasonable price and found one at plumbarena. Got through to pay with postage but, yhe following day my order was cancelled by the plumbarena sales team. In the small print the plumbarena courier charges 6 times the same delivery cost as to GB. Other websites can arrange postage during checkout. In short, plumbarena should update their checkout or change couriers. Job delayed and inconvenience experienced. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service from Andy promised to get back with a price after chasing via emails and calls no response from him evertime I rang the office he was out !!! And no reply to emails total waste of time would not recommend

Really bad service - no communication about when to expect the order. Spoke on the phone and was told the products were on back order - why wasn't this on the website when I ordered them? But customer services assured me they would be in and shipped to me in the next 2 days. Three days later I call up to find out where they are and they still haven't even arrived with PlumbArena.Won't be getting an order or recommendation from me!

Placed order on the 7th of December, called on the 10th - no response,called on the 12th and was told someone will call back first thing Monday morning, No response.Called again on the 14th at 9.00am, waited till 10.40am, again no answer.At the end I had to cancel order.Very bad company to deal with.
