The customer service is absolutely rubbish, and their staff are just plain rude. It's a shame that Muslim owned businesses act in such a way towards their customers. I also went in with a pram, which isn't allowed (but I wasn't aware), and the staff literally ushered me out of the shop shouting. (The baby was asleep, btw).Terrible experience

Customer service is really poor. Very very rude people. Cheaters also. Bought a chicken and beef, beef was routed. Chicken on the pack price per kg and price does not match. When went back to complain, person by name Sadiq ( manager) was so rude and told me not to coma back again, forget about any apology. And did not take back the item.Shop at your own risk.I will complain to concerned authorities.

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICES!! Payment taking guy is extremely extremely rude. Never buy from them. Always send wrong or expired items. And when you tell them they don’t say anything and just keep asking for payment. For your own sake of respect please don’t buy from them.
