Woke up this morning to find the gas boiler had failed phoned Chris at Flamesafe who managed to find time to fit me into his very busy schedule.the problem was very quickly identified. He gave me a full explanation of what had caused the problem and how to best avoid a similar situation arising again. The work area was lift clean and tidy and completed to my complete satisfaction at a very reasonable price..Have just used Chris again for another job the guy turned up on time and despite coming across some unexpected problems sorted it out to my complete satisfaction. Chris from Flamesafe attended at very short notice when my central heating proved problematic last week. This was particularly important as my vulnerable elderly father lives with me and it is the middle of winter. Chris was able to confirm my diagnosis of the issue and rectify the problem very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I’ve now asked Chris to service the system in the coming weeks and deal with an unrelated issue too.
