Second time issues with this place, i cancelled my second year warranty with spoticar and spoticar has sent the refund to citroen edgware on the 17th August, I had no idea of this and this place has not even tried to contact me regarding giving me the £750 back. I finally spoke to spoticar again and was advised they refunded to citroen edgawe. So i contacted the place no answer on emails or phone calls, emailed Sina Esmaili the person that sold me the car over a week ago, he said the money will be in my account in two days, and nothing!! Now his not even answering any emails, please avoid , avoid and avoid. Nothing but problems since i brought this car, biggest regret.

Good location but they lack customer service and don’t follow up so you end up doing the chasing. Just take your business elsewhere.

Started off great with Keten but then heleft the company and now a month later with my car due this month I have heard from no one and I have requested twice for contact from the sales manager this week and i am now certainly cancelling my car order.

Completed form for test drive. Someone called to schedule. Turned up and they said they knew nothing of it, finally found me and said it wasn't booked as test drive and blamed me for that! Customer service training is clearly lacking as are internal systems / teamwork / co-ordination. I was new to these brands and have decided to never buy...will stick to dealers/brands who value customers.

Good Citroen software update recall service! Would have been even better if they offered free collection & delivery!

I’ve had my service done couple of days ago and I was dealing directly with Vivek who was really helpful from start to finish. It was actually pleasure to deal with him. I’ve received constant updates about my car which I appreciate and everything was done really smoothly.Thank you Vivek for making it easy and hassle free! :)
