Really nice Costa. It's newly built and it's very nice inside with the usual Costa variety of seating options. One thing, it has an automatic door so it can be a little draughty now and again, weather dependant.

Really friendly staff (unlike Starbucks lol ) best coffee and Black Forest hot chocolate is the best !! Very very clean seating area and great comfy atmosphere!!

Mrs. Justyna from Costa in Perth, very polite and helpful. Today we were with our daughter, 1.5 years old, and we wanted to heat up hermetically packed food despite the broken microwave, so she suggested heating it in a pot with hot water. thanks a lot

A friend and I had an All Day breakfast wrap and Cappuccino. Although it was a busy time, we were served quickly. The food and drink were both good and the establishment clean and tidy.

A wet Monday morning but, by the looks on the faces of the staff, you'd think I'd run over their cat on the way in. A miserable looking bunch. Not exactly welcoming.Update 2023 - Service here is either brilliant or appalling depending on the staff on the day. If the Polish (I think) staff member is on everything is slick and friendly. When she isn't, it's an apathetic shambles.

An automatic door makes entry and exit easy. Wide range of cold drinks as well as coffees. Crisps, sandwiches, cakes and sweet treats are available. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are very polite and helpful. Single toilets can result in queues but they are clean and well maintained. Based on this visit I would recommend this coffee shop.

Rude member of staff waved her hands across my face and said we're closed" in a condescending way as if I was stupid for opening the door. Lock the door next time you're closed and treat customers like your colleagues do up at broxden. Great bunch of personalities at that branch that brighten your day. So
