Massive thanks to Brian for his expertise today, I couldn’t have asked or hoped for a better customer experience. It turned out I was out of oil on my visit. Ivy helped set up my Halfords car account whilst Brian sorted my electrical and mechanical defaults! For the money I spent I certainly saved on what were potentially thousands of engine damage!Best,Conor

Excellent service - I had booked 2 free bike checks for mine and my Son’s Carrera bikes. Staff member was knowledgeable and friendly. He did minor adjustments to brakes, gears and chains. No hassle. Very helpful, gave us loads of hints and tips. Would definitely recommend.

Great service at Halfords Coleraine branch- new battery fitted despite delay in getting to centre caused by need to recharge a faulty battery. Halfords flexibility through their call centre greatly appreciated allowing me to come in later than I had planned.

Woeful doesn't cover it.Bought a bike on line.Paid via Klarna.waited 2 weeks for it to come.drove 30 miles to collect and cashier tried to sell me stuff I don't want.tries to add two locks to purchase and manages to cancel the credit agreement that I'd already set up.then stands and looks at me with dumb look.

I purchased an Alcosense Lite 2 online at Halfords, Coleraine the process was easy. I received my product within days of ordering from a very pleasant member of the staff. The Alcosense Lite 2 is very easy to set up and use and it gives accurate readings. This is a must product for any motorist who enjoys alcohol.

Served by Joe, who was an absolute superstar. As soon as I came in through the door, he was over to help in a friendly way that didn’t feel pushy or intrusive. Everything was sorted quickly and at all times I felt like he understood what I needed. He’s a real asset to the store.
