Really nice company and enjoyed working here!

Awful Company. I experienced working for them for 2 weeks over summer. They market themselves in such a way that makes it feel like you will be teaching lots of nationalities of students. But it was just rammed classes of Italian students. Classes had all mixed abilities in them so some students learned nothing because the class was either too advanced or below their levels.Teachers were spoken to rudely by students and other members of staff in management and the lack of communication was atrocious.Lessons were based on this work book that management told us to use to minimise anything that might make the lessons a little more interesting.I was never paid the right amount or on time which put the cherry on the cake.KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE BOTHER OR RISK.Below they have replied to this review and in all defense I have tried calling but get no answer. Typical ANGLO standards.

Not an experience I would like to repeat.There is no communication or transparency. As an employee you are not valued or developed and the ethos of the company is staff are dispensable.Worked with some great people who have all moved on too.
