This lady is amazing, I had a reiki session with her, so professional it was excellent. I've had a reiki session before by someone else but never felt like I did with Sinead. Totally relaxed it was truly a marvellous experience.

The yin yoga was an amazing experience for somebody just getting into yoga. As someone with adhd my Brain is very fast and busy all the time, Sinead creates an environment of calm and I was finally able to have a moment of peace :)
