Great Scotts

Went there as the battery dropped of my fob key. Asked how much to replace it, I was charged £8.95. Pure thieves. Later on went to another key place, I was told £1.99. You are not professional if you are stealing from customers. I will put this all over social media. Rip off..prey on vulnerable. I paid as I didn't know the price. Very horrible service to a vulnerable public.KARMA will be your answer. . U thought I was stupid.

Very expensive & very patronizing. Zero interpersonal skills and shocked that they think they can talk to people they way they did. Will not be going back as there are plenty of other key cutters in Uxbridge with far better customer service skills. Disappointing.

Extremely rude and terrible service from man with glasses, will never be going back again.We had a pair of very valuable Gucci loafers that have only been worn once and he cut the leather of the shoe when trimming the sole, due to obviously rushing, when we wished to make a complaint about the service we was told that it is a ‘an occupational hazard’ which is outrageous, he was also very patronising about the ordeal. Offered us a full refund on the service when initially complaining but this is not acceptable as he’s clearly ruined the shoe, he refused to give any details of owners or take our own details and told us to go small claims court! Disgusting!

Good service but felt ripped off for 3 notice keys at £24

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. I just had two keys cut by the man with the glasses. He was polite and efficient, getting the keys done in under a minute. Although it wasn't cheap it was about the price i expected.

I suddenly realized my heel had come off, which was terribly inconvenient. Not only had the lower part of the heel detached entirely but part of the heel stack had come off too. I needed a proper repair, not just a heel replacement. Great Scotts were able to repair my boots, within an hour and a half. It's been some while since my boots have looked as good, they'd been cleaned and the nap brushed up too. I was very, very happy with the friendly service and great repair and can thoroughly recommend the shop.

Extremely rude, told me he hasn't got time to do any engraving as he had work coming out of his arse, even though I was willing to leave it with him and pick it up another day. However after the way he spoke to me I would never go back there plenty of other places that will cut keys and engrave that will speak to you nicely and appreciate your custom.

Terrible customer service won't be going there again. I was refused to be served.Such a shame this company employs this pratt they may have bigger profits it they get someone else.This man is the one with glasses, I had taken a member of my family and said how good it was as this member of my family wanted watch batteries and 9 keys cut.So thats a loss to them.The bigger bloke with curly hair was very nice.

First time I have used Great Scotts, but definitely not the last. Apart from being extremely polite and honest, they did a first class job of replacing the soles on my shoes. Good price, quality service and a definite touch of 'how things used to be'. Thank you.
