Passage House Dental Care

I have been a patient with Passage House Dental Care for many years and have only the highest regard for the service, treatment and care I have received. It was with a certain amount of trepidation that I made my first appt as I'd had poor previous experiences from previous dentists. I needn't have worried; dentist Adam Gardner, whom I have to pick out as extra special, put me at ease and for the first time in years I felt no pain or discomfort during treatment! Even the injections (which I hate) were expertly given so as to cause no pain whatsoever, amazing! The practice is well run and the receptionists very professional and helpful. The waiting area is clean and bright and inspires a confidence in all who work there. I hignly recommend this practice.

So today i had my appointment with Anastasija, firstly let me say omg i was put at ease, i was slightly worried about the local injection as i had a slight bit of panic, i was calmly helped and remeasured, then all through both fillings i was kept informed at each step.I have never met such a lovely Dentist, a massive credit to the surgery, and i will also mention the assistant chris, this lad was also brilliant, totally reassured by him too.Also the receptionist Alison is always brilliant and helpful.I like to review when i have had a great experience, and i think more people should. Thanks again for making my experience a pleasant one.Dan :)

Unfortunately, I no longer live in Bristol and had to register with another practice. Passage House Dental Care is by far the best dental practice I ever have used.My new dentist was impressed by the work done by your orthodontist and dentists.Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for looking after me.

I had to have 2 fillings with Olivia, I was a bit nervous but Olivia put me at ease and did a wonderful job. She said I might have pain but I've had no pain at all. Olivia (and nurse Jen) are absolute stars. The receptionist are always lovely too. Thankyou.

I've been a patient at Passage House for many many years, from Mr Potacar to Mrs Samuel's & currently Alex. The receptionist has always been very helpful, polite & smiley.I've just read that Alex is reducing her hours & I would just like to thank her for her superb care in case I have to lose her.

02/03/2023The dental surgery continues to be fantastic in terms of both treatment and customer service. I've had 2 dental emergencies in the last 6 months and on both occasions managed to acquire an appointment quickly. I'd recommend the surgery without hesitation.I've attended this practice for many years now despite moving 50 miles away. Alex my dentist is highly professional, the reception staff are welcoming & helpful and appointments easy to obtain. The building itself is modern and always immaculately clean. At my last check up in October, I was very impressed with the health & safety protocols in place due to Covid 19.

As a very nervous patient I have been coming to see Adam Gardner for quite a few years now .... Today I had 2 teeth out while I was awake the first time in about 40 years always had to be sedated. This man is a legend and I thank him so much . Even the receptionist was reassuring me whilst I was waiting to go in as she could see how nervous I was . I sincerely thankyou .

Myself & my family have been registered at this practice since 1998.. my opinion has never changed. Brad Hall is the most professional, skilled and compassionate Dentist I have ever been treated by.The practice has grown since then as has his skill set! Treatment has always been 2nd to none, pain & stress free. My babies grew up with the confidence that the dentist trip was nothing to fear and both as young adults have great smiles and still visit Brad regularly. Husband works long hours & the late afternoon appointments suitI myself, have had a lot of work needed over the years! Today I had a temporary filling removed and refilled, completely pain free, had a discussion on replacing my 2 front crowns at my request, that Brad had fitted 20 years ago! Still look great but I would like replaced... I walked away happy with the appointments booked to suit me to carry out the procedure, all before a day at work! There are affordable ways of payment to suit. I have 100% confidence in Brad and his practice, the dental nurses are always so efficient and receptionists polite and accommodating as much as they can be. If you had not guessed already I highly recommend Passage house Dental practice! If there is a waiting list don't complain.. that is surely only a good sign!

Adam has been my dentist for around 16 years now. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. It is clean and modern, the receptionists are always friendly, helpful and accompanying and Adam is a great dentist with such a caring manner. He is great with my two young children as well. No complaints at all
