An existing ache in my lower back was made very much worse by a fall I had . Since it wasn’t healing naturally I booked in to see Jane. After a long and thorough first session we identified various improvements we could work on. This holistic approach has seen a massive improvement in my general health and outlook and a huge reduction in back pain. Highly professional, very understanding, very well organised, calming, and just a top top lady, these are just a few of my personal remarks about Jane.I was a bit sceptical at first going to meet Jane and wasn’t sure what to expect if anything from our initial first meeting. I have suffered from Vagal Nerve Dysfunction due to ongoing stomach complaint I’ve had for many years. During my initial consultation Jane talked about my symptoms and any underlying issues I had, these were both very important to me. In that first consultation I learned a lot about myself and my thoughts & body which have helped immensely on my road to this long hopeful recovery. Jane has helped me learn more about myself that I thought I knew. The acupuncture has helped me immensely and I always feel a million dollars after leaving after my treatment, I call her treatment room (the million-dollar room) as I always feel a million dollars after my treatment, not only has the acupuncture helped but I now do positive affirmation & meditation. I can’t recommend Jane enough I was nervous on my first appointment, as to how she could help me as I was suffering ocular migraines that were debilitating. The improvement has been astonishing and we are starting to tackle some of my other health issues now.4 sessions in and I absolutely love them Jane has done something that all the medication that was prescribed to me via my GP and specialists did not do. She has a professional, approachable manner and offers lots of advice and support on diet and exercise to try out at home. She has helped me with a number of conditions relating to Long Covid, including vertigo and chronic fatigue. I always come out of her sessions feeling refreshed and re-aligned.

I went to Jane as I was experiencing chronic headaches which had been daily for almost 4 months. Nothing ‘traditional’ helped so I thought I’d try something different. After several years of severe back pain numerous visits to doctors and physio I was recommended by a friend to give Jane a try.Nervous on first visit but Jame put me a ease.At the end of the first treatment I had no pain ehat so ever in my back. I can’t thank Jane enough. Jane is absolutely amazing at acupuncture. Sadly I was diagnosed with breast cancer , I know that Jane has helped my awful side effects. Sometimes I walk into my acupuncture, in floods of tears and in lots of pain. I walk out pain free and calm. I can’t recommend Jane enough.
