NORTH BELFAST TAXI COMPANY
I booked a taxi and was told it was on its way within 10 minutes. We waited 40 minutes before phoning back as it was a Saturday night and understandably busy. Was told yet again it had been dispatched. Further another 4 calls and 4 more promises and after 2.5 hours waiting still a no show. Would not recommend to use

Tried to book a taxi, mam said 40 mins, thats fine can I book, mam just laughed and said 'you'll be waiting awhile' again said that's fine book it. Man still did not book and offered to give other taxi numbers. Useless.

So grateful to this company who were so busy that a driver who wasn’t even working came to collect me and get me to the station on time. And he didn’t even charge me. I was in a pickle last Saturday and couldn’t get a taxi anywhere. Thank yous so much

Friendly and very helpful people. Bernard picked me up and helped me get my dog to the vet at Boucher after an accident. He also took us home later. It was good service

Was told taxi will not be long, 50 minutes later rang back to see if the taxi was near, only to be told the driver was fully booked, they weren't even sending a taxi and didn't have the decency to let us know
