1st time going to this venue & it will be my last.Bought tickets & snacks online prior to visit.When we arrived they had sold out of the merchandise I had already paid for as they do not account for online sales. This led to a disappointing start to my 5 year old surprise!Then I had to pay for more snacks & wait for the refund from the 1st order.Seats are too cramped even in priority seating for the same price you get a recliner at the vue.

Friendly staff who greet with a smile and are keen to help. We tried the milkshakes today, delicious and the two ladies who served us were fantastic. Cinema is always clean and tidy

Need to up their game , messaged them twice about our experience last week,Hoover left in the middle of the floor in the cinema room , and they don’t check on the rooms as 3 youngsters were allowed to just mess about the whole time during the film, when we left all staff were just talking together

Almost always a good experience at this cinema, usually quiet. We have even had the screen to ourselves a few times which is fun. Clean and good waiting area. Overall we really enjoy coming here, especially with the £5 movies at the moment :)Last time we went I booked our seats a week or so in advance as usual, however a large group of people took our seats when we arrived. This then lead to everyone having to take different seats and caused a problem for everyone as it was a fully booked film. Not much the staff can do about this I’m sure as it’s just people being selfish and thoughtless, but it did ruin our experience a little.

On the 8th of October I went to the cinema to watch saw x at 21:10 and they already had everything closed before close time. Told me that I was not allowed to get any food and that I could not go into the movie. I feel racially targeted as I seen people get drinks and being let in. If check the cctv cameras around that time you will witness everything

It was really easy to book our tickets online, which made them even cheaper. Paid a little extra for premium seating. They were worth the extra money and really comfy. Prices for food was really reasonable, and if you booked them using the screen, then you could just collect vs. Waiting in the long queue. Great service.

£5 ticket, easy check in straight at desk to go in! Easy booking, drinks and food as we've overpriced but not hard to prepare and take your own! Was pleasantly surprised by amount of people in there! Saturday night well spent!

Not everyone can use the ticket mc at to help to old lady's who wonted to watch a film. Because they didn't know wot to do. It would be good to have someone ther to help .overall a nice clean place and a good price

The cinema was lovely and clean, great price for the film. However the queue for the food and drinks was ridiculous! A better system needs to be implemented, all I wanted was an ice cream and there was a queue of about 30 people who were buying drinks and hotdogs.
