Corinium Stoves

A visit to our home by the sales person following a phone call was very informative and and a trip to their very well stocked showroom followed and a wood burner purchased.The two guys who fitted it were polite and hard working and very clean and then gave a demo once completed.We love the fire and it works great having used it a number of times since we have now moved towards winter.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Really helpful sales process, and scheduled installation completed on time. Dec and Sam did a great job and were very thorough and professional. I did a fair amount of research with other companies and am now very happy with my decision to go with Corinium. Loving the woodburner too!

Just had a Nordpeis stove and flu system installed by Corinium Stoves. From the initial meeting with Colin to discuss the options of stove and location at their very nice showroom, the site survey carried out by Matt, and the installation itself by Dec and James, We couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the professional service. The installation was so smooth and clean. All areas were fully sheeted before they started each day. I have to say a big thank you to Dec and James. They are both very nice personable guys, really knowledgeable and very good at their trades. The amount and quality of work they get through in a day is incredible. We would highly recommend Corinium Stoves.

Corinium Stoves did a great job of installing our new woodburner, and helping us choose the right burner in the first place. Completely trouble free. Staff are competent and professional, and more than capable of working in accordance with Covid 19 guidelines (this review was written at the peak of the pandemic). They are good value too!

We have so far bought 3 stoves from here over the last 5 years and their service and commitment to ensuring you get the correct solution to your heating requirements is always outstanding.The staff, from the management to the chaps in the warehouse are all friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating, very well informed and clear leaders in their field as shown by their attention to detail. They have a very large range of stoves and give helpful advice. We have previously bought stoves elsewhere and they are not in the same league. Our advice is simply buy here.

We had an obsolete gas fire removed and a new one installed into the existing fire surround, replacing the old slipstones and installing a new flue. The showroom has a very good range on display which Tom helpfully guided us through. The home inspection explored the options available to us and gave confidence that our requirements would be well met. The subsequent installation was competently and efficiently completed by Mat and Billy with a really good colour match achieved with the replacement slipstones. The end result fully met our requirements and I would highly recommend this Company.

I would like to start by saying that I think that I am quite fussy and hard to please. I felt compelled to write a review as so many people like to only shout about things that go wrong or if they are dissatisfied.From start to finish Corinium Stoves have exceeded my expectations. Matt came out for the initial consultation and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had every faith that they would do a great job installing my stove. I did meet with other companies as I like to compare and it was hard work!!! dealing with Corinium was so easy and gave me reassurance that in the unlikely event that something did go wrong they would again be easy to deal with. Every interaction with all members of staff at Corinium has been a pleasure.On installation day, they arrived bright and early. They ensured that my home and furniture was thoroughly protected before starting work. Declan and Giles did an amazing job throughout. Declan took time to talk me through the installation explaining everything as he went and then a full demonstration at the end. He is a real credit to Corinium being polite, friendly and professional all day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Corinium, they offer an excellent service and great value for money. Could not fault them!

Thank you for the care and attention that Tom and Dec gave to our project. They were professional, knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble - they skimmed a section of our bedroom wall where we had moved the electrics and went extra lengths to ensure the finished job ney their own high standards. It's reassuring to see them genuinely proud of their own work.

Highly recommend! Me and my partner had just moved in to a new home and we wanted to install a more efficient stove. We visited the gorgeous show room, which has lots of stoves to view. Matthew recommended a selection of stoves within our price range, and that would supply us with an ample amount of heat for the size of the room. Their extensive range of harths and surrounds also helped us make the stove a real feature. Ordering all the necessary items was quick and easy. The insulation was great with no issues, we also had a full demonstration on how the fire works by the fitting team. If you want a stove and a hassle free experience this is the place to go!
