He couldn’t ring us on the day, but rang us the next day to go through the report and explain some of his comments! Chris carried out a level 2 homebuyers survey for us on a property we are hoping to purchase. Communication from the admin team and from Chris was great. From very first contact Avery + Co were excellent. I was contacted almost immediately after I sent my enquiry despite it being after normal working hours. Louise took time to talk me through all the options with clarity and honesty. My Survey Report was excellent with just the right level of detail for my purpose. The Surveyor, Andrew contacted me before and after he visited the property to talk me through his observations in advance of the formal report. His eye for detail was fantastic and he noted issues I had not noticed for myself. The Administration team were efficient at every contact. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We decided to use Avery for our house survey as they had some very positive online reviews and their website was very informative and professional. The cost was comparable to other companies so we were happy to proceed.On the day of the survey, Alex our surveyor, rang to introduce himself and tell us he was at the property. He explained that he would call if there was anything drastically concerning about the property. He also informed us roughly when we should expect to receive his report and encouraged us to ring him if there was anything we wanted to discuss in relation to the survey. He was very pleasant to talk to and we felt reassured by his professional approach.We received Alex’s report just over a week after his visit and it was breathtakingly detailed. So much so that we became concerned about several issues he’d highlighted. We rang him to discuss the report and he was happy to talk through everything that had kept us awake at night!
