Purchased brand new F-Pace back in 2018 from Jardine JLR, then my second brand new Range Rover Velar in 2022. Honestly, I haven’t been disappointed so far.The sales department were extremely helpful both times, service department not so much. for example, the steering alignment and tracking was slightly off on one of the brand new cars, stated that they rectified the problem when they hadn’t. However, I was recompensed with several goodies after I had the fault fixed by an independent garage.Sales were very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my budget and requirements.I was extremely lucky and happy thus far but feel free to visit other dealers.

Would recommend visiting this garage if you’re in the market for a new car. I’d personally suggest asking for Fran Smith as your sales retailer as he was great from start to end!

We purchased a beautiful car. There is always room for improvement. Fran was helpful in the beginning. Some issues came up later on post sales but in the end everything sorted it out. We are happy for the purchase.

Was serviced by Vincent, have to admit the customer service was impeccable! He made us very comfortable on our first visit, I took all my kids with me and they made them feel so comfortable (when I've taken them in the past to other show room's I'd always get funny looks from the sales people when the kids want to see the inside of the cars). I was kept in the loop throughout the sales process until we picked up the car, they were very patient with me when I asked a million questions & let me take my time with collecting the vehicle. Definitely recommend Vincent if you want to purchase your next car!!
