Super easy Cardiff-London transport! I am so happy i discovered National Express buses. National Express allows late travelers arriving Gatwick Airport to reach Cardiff using their bus transport. Also Cardiff National Express coach station has complete connection with London Victoria Station which allows you to travel for under 15 pounds. The bus is super comfortable, leather seats, charging ports, wifi, and the bus drivers are wonderful. So easy!

Took a coach to London! Booked in advance on the national express service. After arriving via taxi we waited in a little shelter with seats. The place is clean and tidy with a nice gentleman to assist with any questions we might need.

Only thing missing is something telling you which bus stops in which bay. It is a bit out of town which is a pain though. When Cardiff council were looking at the new central station complex then why did they forget about coaches; totally incompetent bunch of losers.

There is no real station. When it's freezing cold, raining and you're forced to stand in that 1950s-quality 'shelter' for two hours at night because your coach got into a crash at Gatwick and it seems the whole system fell apart, you'll wonder what third world dump you've just arrived at.This is a review of this location and its 'facilities', not National Express per se.

Last night some passenger picked up my luggage instead of theirs from Birmingham to Cardiff and nothing has been done about it. I called in the morning and a rude lady told me to call back 7 working days later without even taking my details or inventory of the items in the missing suitcase. How can I be okay with my belongings in the hands of a stranger 7 working days later?

Easy to get to, lots of parking available.Took a coach to London, booked in advance on the national express website.After arriving there are plenty of places to sit with shelter, clean and tidy and easy to navigate.Staff were available to answer any questions .

Total absence of signage to assist first-time users. This is an unmanned bus station, and you have no clue if you are in the right place. Wrote to National Express with my concerns; no response, but they prattle on about great customer care on their website. Somebody doesn't get it.

National Express is now my preferred way to get to the airport without the stress of delays, driving and parking. I've been travelling nonstop over the last 3 months and each journey has been great. The drivers are courteous, safe and experienced. Well done everyone at National Express.

Relatively easy to catch the bus from Cardiff to London. Best to pre book online, it’s much cheaper than taking a train. Takes 4 hours. Luggage related questions may be answered by seeing the photos I have posted. If you have less luggage, there is a coffee shop / restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
