Went to collect food order for a party, staff could only find half the order and then tried to offer us items we hadn’t ordered (obviously someone else’s order, they were happy to ruin another persons party just to appease us) we didn’t take anything that wasn’t ours but had to go elsewhere to make up the missing items. Staff not bothered at all, not once did we receive an apology on behalf of Sainsburys and still a month later we haven’t received a refund for the items not received. Will never use this shop again due to their not bothered attitude and will not use Sainsburys online either and will tell anyone else thinking of ordering party food from them , do not bother , terrible customer service.

Lady on the tills is so grumpy, not the first time I’ve been served by “Tracey” with glasses, she has no manners, no pleases or thankyou’s either, all the other staff at sainsbury Exhall are polite & have good customer service, of which she lacks.

God bless this store. The staff are great, its got its own little on site bakery, AND they have obscure ingredients like canned pumpkin puree in stock wildly out of season. I can have pumpkin pie whenever I want thanks to this store. Not even Waitrose could get me this stuff past November.

Rude staff ! . dropped my wife off today at this branch of Sainsbury's . As my wife is a blue badge holder we were met by the sight of a transit van in the disabled bay with no badge displayed . When my wife asked the employee behind the till why he was taking up the disabled bay she glared at her and said , PROBABLY DOING HIS SHOPPING !! Upsetting my wife Infront of customers. What a place .well done Sainsbury's I'll never use you ever again ! The person who you employed here is an utter disgrace . Ps young man able and fit jumped in his van with his crisps and pop and drove off ! Welcome to Bedworth Sainsbury's .....

Great selection of products and offers. Costa machine, bakery, argos collection, cash machine and parking. Staff are friendly and helpful open until 11pm.

Absolutely shocking behaviour of staff.. Manager is impressed she has a masters degree as she likes to tell people.. . Although she stuck working in local sainsbury.. I was not impressed at all. And was wondering why she was..masters but doesn't know how to work the cctv.. Totally racist store.. Try to avoid if your not British white.. Crazy little click they have going in this store... Absolutely crazy much better service in co op down the road... Very satisfying service of co op never had no incidents from co op staff.. Absolutely amazing staff and service in co op... Avoid sainsburys Bedworth.. Absolutely disgraceful staff...
