A return visit after a hiatus of 3 years, and we were not disappointed. The food was presented well and tasted superb - lamb chops to die for. Must be one of the best Indian restaurants in the UK.

Swadish offers a unique fusion of Indian and Scottish cuisines in a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance create a pleasant dining experience. However, the food may not satisfy those seeking traditional Indian flavors, as it incorporates Scottish elements and offers milder seasoning. The standout dish was the Sambar, a South Indian lentil soup, which provided an authentic taste and it made me miss home. Special thanks to the chef from Kerala who made that Sambar!Swadish caters to those who appreciate the cross-cultural blend, making it an intriguing choice for those looking to explore a fusion of culinary traditions in Glasgow.

At first glance, this restaurant is beautiful, well presented and the staff are kind, attentive and helpful. But, the food was mediocre at best.I was so excited to come here, yet was so incredibly disappointed.The food was recommended by a staff member. It was presented well but it’s all a gimmick. The food was bad. It was bland, expensive and nothing to write home about. My south Asian partner mentioned that this is some of the most mediocre Indian food he has had.Also, do not bother ordering a glass of Prosecco, they won’t even fill it to the top.Incredibly disappointed.

Swadish was truly amazing! I had one of the BEST meals I’ve had in quite a long time. Every dish was perfectly portioned, delicious, and beautiful. Please go eat there!! You will not be disappointed.

Such an amazing restaurant, lives up to the hype.Classic Indian dishes done in a modern way.Would recommend to anyone visiting Glasgow, if you like not just Indian food, but food in general, this place has to be on your list to try. 5*

Excellent food. A lovely warm welcome when we arrived. They kept checking that everything was ok and it was. Ajay himself came to chat with us which was so nice. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and we will return again soon. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday even more special.

I went to this place to celebrate my wife's birthday along with my few friends.The ambience of the restaurant is so classy and elegant.Limited options for the vegetarian dishes but all are so good.The presentation of all dishes is so unique and it tastes so delicious. They've got many options for drinks as well.The staff is so cheerful and easily approachable.Perfect location for a particular occasion.I really had a good time at this place.Thank you so much team Swadish.
