This is a new Gregg's shop, drive through,and coffee shop it's very comfortable nice friendly staff pleanty of parking. They offer a comprehensive selection of goodies as this is not far from my home I use it regularly. You can also take advantage of the other convenient things adjoining like petrol station and well stocked shop

As good as Greggs can be. Half decent coffees and bog standard sausage rolls. After dozens of visits over the years you know what to expect, and the expectations are met. They try to make you feel like they care about the environment giving you recyclable packaging, but pretty much none of the shops have any recycle bins.

Lovely little business been going for some time now. Very tasty pastries, cakes, buns, cookies, certainly a good place to go for a cuppa+a snack or lunch.

I love a cheeky Greggs which are always made speccial by the guys who work there. Always a smile and a happy natter. Great local branch.

Greggs would of got more stars but not one of the staff behind the counter in forest hall shop wear any kind of face covering, they have screens at the counter but staff have to pretty much shout to be heard by the customer because of the screens in place which increases the chance of saliva droplets landing on food and drinks, they also don't wear gloves while making breakfast sandwiches.Also been InTouch with Greggs via Facebook messenger and was told that because they have screens up they don't need to wear any sort of face covering so what protects us from staff germs? Simple answer to that is NOTHING.Won't be going back Greggs in a hurry.

Staff and store are great, and I’m not sure how they cope with the ever present queue AND collection orders now.I feel like the store has outgrown its size now as a few more seats would be great.
