The Nandos Sutton is one place I love to have a nice time. Not a crowded area at all. They’ve got nice meal plus the background music of diverse culture.You will sure the art works too.

We ordered and paid to then be told they couldn't make the mushroom and halloumi wrap. The waiter promised a free desert, that never materialised as he disappeared and the two left were MIA. Part of the food order was missing, so we had to go up and ask for it. No one cleared the dirty plates, so we had to go up again to ask for the deserts.The last two visits to Nando's have been awful. Won't bother going back.

I recently dined at Nando's, and the food was absolutely delicious with no complaints in that department. However, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the service.Nando's has always been my go-to place for mouthwatering dishes, and this visit was no exception. The flavors were spot-on, and I couldn't get enough of their signature dishes. The menu offers a fantastic variety, and I appreciate that they prioritize freshly made food.Here's where my experience took a turn. After placing our orders, a friendly staff member informed us that our food would take twenty minutes because it was being freshly prepared. While I appreciate the commitment to freshness, it became frustrating when, after 30 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived.The most disappointing part was that we could see our food ready but unattended on the counter. Despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded, the staff seemed preoccupied with casual chatter among themselves. As a customer, it's disheartening to watch your meal sit untouched while staff members appear oblivious to the fact that it's ready to be served.In an otherwise pleasant afternoon, this service lapse cast a shadow over what could have been a great dining experience. Nando's, I adore your food, but please, let's work on the service aspect to ensure your customers don't leave with a sour taste in their mouths.

Order online and very rarely ready even on a quiet day in the week. Even giving them lots of time almost like they only start it when you arrive and you've paid for it as well... and a simple burger and chips... I've tried giving at least an hour and arrived few minutes late and still had to wait 10 minutes. Might as well just come and order... God knows what it's like they're busy. And there are no customers in the restaurant.. awful service.

Super easy to order through the app and the service was excellent. Not everything on the menu was available and vegetarian stuff we ordered didn't quite hit the mark. Chicken was excellent though.

I had a piece of chicken from.the sutton coldfield branch on Friday that was warm in the middle but fridge cold on the outside. All.weekend i have felt sick and stomach bloated. Would not eat there again.

Lovely, the manager on duty was lovely, we visited Thursday 29/11 7.30pm. The food was quick, everyone should try the mac and cheese
