Very disappointed Went to get my little girls ears pierced the manager was not very welcoming and warm could tell she couldn’t be bothered to do it. I was told it would be no cheaper than £65 given no information or guidance so I decided to call Claire’s in Leeds trinity who was lovely and very helpful she said it starts at £22 then goes up to £65 very disappointed Huddersfield will not be backThink staff Would benefit from customer service and knowledge of the products training

Visited store yesterday, asked an older lady with pony tail for help (she wasn’t happy I asked) was only answering my questions with yes/no answers. Super rude and horrid customer service. Will not visit again.

Just took my daughter for her ears pierced. She was a bit nervous but the lady in the shop was amazing real asset to you company. Made her feel fine and assured her it didn’t heart even did a pinky promise. And she didn’t flinch. Thank you.

Came to this store to buy bracelet, today 12.06.23 in the morning. Straight away I asked to seller at the till, have you plaited silver bracelet? She spoked by phone I think with someone private person. She said no, not left phone from hands. After few seconds left a phone and said that have got only silver bracelet. I asked to show, she showed to me and went to speak again by phone. I looked to bracelet and it was said that it is plaited silver, not silver, how she said. After I heard from seller: Yes

Ear infection and they never told us that steel was highly reactive and bad for some people all they said was it was the cheapest (BEING £30+), ended up getting an infection and they said change earrings within 3 weeks and when we went back to tell them my earring holes closed and they won't give any discount or re pierce for free. They messed up my niece's piercing too and the bleeding wouldn't stop for a long time. They don't know what they're doing. Super unprofessional and I'm super upset that the pain I went through meant nothing because I can't even wear earrings.They also started blaming me for not taking care of my earrings eventhough I listened and did everything they said and then they blamed my body for reacting the way it did with them but telling any safety or health things before we got it done.

Took my daughter for her ears piercing and I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't happy that there is no prices for the earrings etc. I was told prices start at £52 so I went with the lowest price to look when I get home there's lots lower. I Feel conned!

I'm not satisfied with my 'visits' given that service was impolite and prices were ridiculous, especially for what I got, an ear infection which hurt me more than it should have for the following time I had to wait, this is an outrageous issue that shouldn't be happening, I take it they don't have proper care for these things and they also persecuted me for doing all the correct things in order to not get an infection. The business or the people working are in no position of power to be making these actions through the unhelpful service they provide causing harm and giving unattentive feedback.

I popped in the other day.. its full of girly stuff . A Young Peoples paradise!! It's not my kinda store though...but then again, I'm not hip, haha. lacks a bit of atmosphere if I'm honest. Some things are decent priced, and some are a bit pricey. But that's the same wherever you go.

After reading the reviews I rang the store beforehand and spoke to somebody. I took my 10yo daughter and 9yo son today and couldn't fault the service we received. She marked my daughters ears so we could check and we adjusted where they were to go and it was done quickly and efficiently. She then marked my sons ear before the piercing for us to check that it was OK.The service we received was professional and friendly and we came away happy. Now we need to make sure that they clean them as instructed.Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for my children.I would just like to add to this that it was a lovely lady called Donna who pierced there ears. 6 weeks on we haven't had any issues whatsoever, no infections or anything. We went back in on Saturday so my daughter could choose some new earrings and get a new one for my son. Again the staff were really friendly. Cant fault them at all.Thank you.

We had to pay £30+ per piercing so in total for 3 people we payed £123 for all of us to have an infection or it go wrong
