Excellent gym. Lots of punch bags, plus cardio and weight equipment.Noel is a top man. Makes you feel welcome straight away.

Do not put your kid's life in danger. I was in tournament today 22nd October at york hall Bethnal green. Coach noel let my son 15 years old to box with 19 years old adult. The difference between both 19 years old guy was older and much much heavier than my son. He set up illegal and uneven match. Will take further action against this club.

Small, no air conditioning, lacking equipment but the trainer Noel will give you a intensive workout, there are spare gloves to use if you don't have any but be warned they are usually hot and sweaty from a previous session.
