Trade Outlet (Saltney)

Really nice store, great selection and very unique! Some amazing colleagues there, Jazz in particular, and Andy. However what prevents it from getting 5 stars is that there’s a few other members of staff that are constantly on their phones, texting or even taking phone calls on the floor when customers are around. Probably deviating from work tasks.

A lot of stuff like printing cartridges, chargers cases , headphones etc , but there's a few gems here, I got a leather guine leather, last of type jacket that's up at £120 for 11 quid, yes 11 , week after combats for work , heavy durable 6 quid changing stock & lots of variety definitely worth a visit

Randomly heard about the store, very curious to go and check it out after I’d heard about the excellent bargains!Managed to find some very unexpected bargains at an absolute steal, a few items that I’d hoped to have found as well!With it being a mixture of returned items and new items, some untested, I was apprehensive, but at the those prices you can’t really complain, only one item didn’t work and it was an incredibly easy fix, a loose wire! Everything else I’ve had has worked perfectly but at almost 90% off.The staff are very helpful, kind, and informative, and have even one some visits said “I’ve just seen those in the back but they aren’t on the shelf yet, give me two minutes” and they will bring your desired items if they are aware they are in store!Jazz has excellent store and product knowledge, is very friendly, hard working, professional, and really wants to make sure her customers are satisfied and come back for more, Andy and Shannon are equally as enthusiastic and professional.Highly recommend, I’ve spent more here than I’d like to admit and have zero complaints.

Good bargains if you don't mind rummaging through all the stuff that just seems like it's been thrown on the shelves more like a car boot than a place for family's with little income to get stuff they want

A well stocked outlet with staff who are very helpful, particularly Jazz & Andy. They will help with any queries & are a pleasure to do business with. It's a shame that some customers don't abide by the rules & make life difficult for everyone (I blame the parents!).

Excellent place to grab a bargainsGot a £65 women’s ski coat for £6Wish I found this little gem of a place earlier did give 5 stars but then whenever I go now same 5 people there hanging around all day grabbing all the stuff out the trollies as they come in , shocking scene and also noticed staff keeping stuff for their family members
