Metro Rod (London North West)

Excellent service provided by Metro Rod. We instructed them to work alongside us to clear a drainage system which they successfully completed within a few hours enabling us to successfully complete a CCTV drainage condition survey.

If I could give negative (minus 5 review) I would! This company came to my house to solve an issue of blocked pipes. They opened the wrong manhole and claimed that the one they needed access to is blocked. left without doing anything, charged full price and next day sent me a quote for over £500 to fix something that did not need fixing. I had a second company come the next day and they went through the main manhole. they said that whoever was on site the day before did not need to access the one that was not accessible but should have done it from where they did and it was fixed in 5 minutes!!!! I was promised a refund from metro rod two months ago. This has yet to arrive! do not call them- that's the only advice I can give!

Fantastic friendly prompt and efficient service. The staff in the office were really helpful. Excellent communication at all times and value for money compared to other companies. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived quickly after my call, took photos and found the problem, being misuse of wet wipes by other neighbours using the same drain, Alan was nice and polite, did the job really well. Used them twice now. Very happy to use them again, or recommend them. Amanda was very helpful as well.

We recently used Metro Rod (London North West) following a recommendation from a neighbour. It was to fix a leaking toilet. The service we received throughout was excellent. From the initial contact with Amanda, through to the repair work being carried out. Amanda phoned on the morning of the booking to confirm an arrival time. Walid who attended was extremely friendly and professional. He identified the problem and quickly fixed the leak. We would highly recommend them. Thank you for such a great service.
