Went too the shop was given a set price on instagram when I had contacted them, they then said a different price when I got there I said they had already gave me a set price they said I was lying I shown the proof, shown 3 people the design all was well half way the the man twist my hole arm up, puttin on the wrong tip 3 times the owner started arguing and screaming with her husband and started crying in the shop infront off customers then come over to me tried to take all my nails off and say they can’t do the design and I go else where very rude and unprofessional

Staff are really rude if you're not happy with your nails. Also polishes are watered down so nails looked seethrough in the outside light. I would suggest using another nail bar in Bedford or bring your own polish. would never recommend!

I went here because of all the good reviews. firstly the staff is not friendly at all. they speak in a very rude tone and when you ask for them to do something they just give you a dirty look. My nails are terrible, the acrylic on them is bumpy and weird and it barely looks like the picture. In the middle of my nails being done, the guy doing tjem just walked off, and i waited there for half an hour. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I went there twice and both times it was very busy, hectic atmosphere,in addition it costs an arm and a leg to have your nails and toes done! They charge for everything separate, I had my big toe nail broken so they charged me for varnish,two acrylic nails and design on both,three separate payments adding to £29,with no pedicure! I will think twice before I go there again,all together for my nails and toes done I paid £52!!! My suggestion to the owner is to look for a package" deals or something like that otherwise you won't have many returning customers."

Possibly the worst service I have ever received, staff are very rude and sit on FaceTime to friends whilst serving you. I was cut with the electric drill and when confronted the issue I was told that I have to much cuticle, when I said I wasn’t happy to pay full price if at all he ran towards me with nail clippers and threatened to cut them off and then after paying him in fear he literally pushed and shoved me out of the door.

I've been here 3 times previously and they've generally done a decent job. However, I won't go again. My recent visit, where I just wanted the varnish removed and the nail trimmed resulted in the following: 5 scored and bleeding cuticles, 4 severely split nails two across the nail bed and two along the full length of the nails. In addition, the guy was so enthusiastic with the Dremmel that I now have paper thin fragile nails covered in score mark that have caused three breaks already. Reckon it'll take at least 3 months for it all to grow out.

Had my nails done two weeks ago! After not even a week the gel was peeling off then two of the extensions cracked because the acrylic was applied so stingy it wasn’t strong enough and it was nothing like gel nail polish never had gel nail polish to start peeling off after under a week.. Ripped off and will not be returning. Back to London nails I go!

So it’s a basic nail salon, when I went in I was told it would be £38 for infills and French polish, I thought that was extreme. Went to pay the girl told be £30 but put my card through twice in a really scammy way they offer no receipt on card terminal and it really seemed intentional to say the price was so high then pretend to have to turn the card machine off and in after taking 1st payment. It felt like a scam attempt so be aware…..
