Fantastic small business! Ordered numerous times from here, for myself, my teenagers and our toddler! Love all the amazing designs and dhillan is a lovely friendly down to earth man that has an amazing customer base! If I could give 10 stars I would! Xxx

This company go above and beyond for their customers to ensure everyone is truly satisfied. Ratchet isn't just a clothing brand, it's been made Into family and helped so many individuals.The clothing quality is brilliant as is delivery time and execution of the products! Would highly recommended ratchet to everyone!

Absolutely amazing company. Nothing is too much bother for them. If they don't sell what you want, then they are more than happy to make a custom, plus their sizes go up to 5xl which not many companies do. I've found the staff to be very professional and helpful and that's all the staff not just one or two.

No request is too big for Ratchet, if you have an idea, a dream, they go above and beyond to make it happen. I could go on and on about the quality, price, communication, postage, delivery speed, and the abundance of discounts they have but we all know that’s 5*I wanted to share how much more Ratchet means to some of us. Ordered over £60 worth of stuff from these people about 3 months ago and received absolutely NOTHING.I asked where my things were and they repeatedly ignored my emails and Facebook messages. They then told me I had to wait 6 weeks???? So they could “sort it out with Royal Mail”It’s been way over 6 weeks since that message and low and behold I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING from them and they are still completely ignoring my emails and messages (which for the record have ALL been more than polite. I’ve not been remotely abusive or anything, they are literally just ignoring my messages and stealing my money)

Never worn tie dye before but this brand is honestly amazing and made me want to try wearing it! Dhillan and the team know exactly what to put on their clothing to appeal to the masses!It’s not all tie dye clothing either!Versatile, high quality products with soooo many designs and sizes to suit everyone and a great bonus is the ‘create your own’I love the ‘Size - Beautiful’ label that they stitch into their items. It’s such a nice touch to customers who may be self conscious and anxious over their clothing sizes. It’s also a little reminder that everytime you put on a piece of their clothing, you’re gonna feel amazing!Tysm for all you do for your customers. We love you guys!
